i cant guarentee the same results but it should be safe :) remeber always check if you are allergic to anything :)
just a quick vid of a upcoming liquid shampoo thats similar to castile shampoo.
i also plan to do a vid on a nettle hair rinse and avocado and honey condioners :)
heres the oliva soap that i used. you could use oliva soap or something similar, you could even use dr bronners castile soap its cheaper than liquid form :)
heres the oliva soap there are many uk sites for this oliva soap :)
i couldnt find any oliva soap for america but i found this website called

they sell shampoo soap bars free from chemicals :) so these will do perfect for this :) or any natural chemical free soap :)
