A young boy named Nick takes a pill which he thinks to be his allergy pills but they aren't. Instead they give him powers such as super-speed and strength. Nick tells his brother, Michael, about the pills. Michael wants in but Nick tells him that the pills are to dangerous. Nick decides he wants to use his powers for good by protecting his neighborhood. He creates a red mask and calls himself the Red Avenger. Nick becomes the neighborhood watch for anything robbery or even littering. But late one night Michael steals the last remaining pills and takes them. Michael's entire personality changes and he gains the power of mind control and telekinesis. Michael attacks Nick and tells him he is bent on taking over the world...
Michael or Mind Bender takes over a drivers mind and decides to make his getaway. Then the Red Avenger stops Michael and the car thanks to Red-Mutt. Michael flees to the west.
