NASAL ALLERGY - - A Chinese herbal prescription

Zhe Bei Mu 浙 貝 母
Zi Su Ye 紫 蘇 葉
Fang Feng 防 風
Jing Jie 京 芥
Xiang Ru 香 筎
Gao Ben 篙 本
A combination of 12 herbs mentioned above will do.
Drink one to two cups (8 oz each) of herb tea a day.
Your allergy won't go away in a few days, but you'll see progress.
Nasal allergy is a seasonal thing. It usually flares up in early spring or fall.
After taking the herbs, your allergy may still flare up sometimes, but the frequency and the intensity will be reduced until becoming insignificant.
Since the allergy prescription strengthens your respiratory system, the best time to take it is before the allergy season to allow time for the strengthening effect to work.
